Sporeborn

Different Sporeborn broods can be found all throughout the Cage. Don't ask me why, I've no idea, but the Cevvie robes like to study' em. One in particular, Astorre Gallo, famous enough that a drunk like me remembers his name. Now what do I know about the mushrooms personally? They rely on loam for everythin', to eat, multiply, worship, so on.

They always have a religion 'n priests 'n so on. The specifics of the religion vary; some worship water, some loathe it. Some sacrifice captured humans, some must do no harm. Sky gods, sun gods, water gods, giants--especially giants, lots of giant mushrooms painted on sporeborn cave walls. Oh, one more thing: they rise up out of the loam when they're born, so be real careful if you're raiding a nest.
