Goblins

The children of Heshshka are not so bad as some would say. In their very name for the goblins do the civilized races judge them, and centuries of mistreatment have made goblins very wary. They keep to themselves, nesting in forgotten places other races will not trouble them for.

Cowardly alone, brave in groups, greedy for anything that shines and fearful of anything that's tall, goblins eke out a scavenger's existence, living like rats around the edges of everywhere they've ever been. Most goblins know the kiss of the whip, nearly all have at least been physically abused by a member of the civilized races. They have little communal structure, but they do have a haven, called Shka. There are all children of Heshshka welcome, and there all children of Heshshka come.
